Nothing gets past fans these days, especially Game of Thrones fanatics who have been waiting for season 8 for almost two years. They’ll analyze every detail of any teaser, so after HBO recently dropped two more promos for the final season with a little bit of extra footage we hadn’t seen before, someone on Reddit noticed a tiny detail that could potentially be a major spoiler. You’ve been warned.

Redditor Spiral66 analyzed the promo titled “Together” and thinks that Daenerys Targaryen gets a change of location: he claims one scene looks like she is back at Dragonstone castle, the ancestral home of the Targaryens. The fan says that if you compare the Dragonstone fireplace from season 7 with the new promo, the images match up. A GIF here shows the two scenes lined up, providing further evidence the Mother of Dragons might actually be there.

But this wouldn’t really make sense, as we know from previous previews that Dany is with Jon Snow at Winterfell and that they’re getting ready for the big battle that it is rumored will take place in the third episode. So that means any footage of her at Dragonstone would have to come later in the season, and it would also mean both characters survive that particular battle—or that she high-tailed it out of Winterfell before the battle actually began (though that seems unlikely).

HuffPost reached out to the Redditor, who gave a more in-depth explanation of their findings:

“When the promo came out, most people assumed, including myself, that the shot of Dany was before the big battle at Winterfell. But as this sub has a tendency to overanalyze things, I started thinking, ‘What if this was somewhere else?’ And sure enough, after looking up the Dragonstone fireplace, the carvings from both images matched. After that I checked what the Winterfell fireplaces looked like and they seem to have a much more traditional style so then I became certain this scene was at Dragonstone.”

The Redditor thinks that although Daenerys and Jon might survive the battle, the clip possibly suggests they don’t win, so they must retreat to Dragonstone and “use it as their new base of operations.” They also speculate that since she looks upset, perhaps characters close to her such as Grey Worm or Jorah Mormont didn’t survive.

There’s a lot of speculation inherent in this theory, but you can’t deny the promo scene does resemble Dragonstone. The countdown is ticking until the final season of Game of Thrones premieres on April 14.
