Wrong Wishes

I always thought the rich were the luckiest. Jealous tears ran down my naive face.
My best friend Ria travelled all over world during holidays. I envied her because my own days were spent in the small hometown church.
The only tales I had to share were those of the healings.

Now, Twenty years has gone by. I sit by my office desk surfing through the net.
Suddenly I see a tribute, It is to the late Ria Davidson.
Who knew, that while I envied her trips, she was suffering deeply country after country for the cure of the leukaemia.
If only I knew, I would have invited her to journey with me to Jesus.
